Getting your computer repaired has never been easier. We can come to your home in person or, if your internet connection is working, we can solve your problem by remote control!

The benefits of using Remote Repair are:

• your problem can be solved almost immediately
• we can talk on the phone at the same time as working on your computer
• everything we do is visible to you
• there's no travel overhead for us so its cheaper for you!

Requirements:

• you must be present at your computer to initiate a remote repair session
• your internet connection must be working and able to browse web pages

If either of these requirements are not possible then we would be happy to visit you at home and perform the repair onsite.

What to do:

1. call our office in Dunedin 03 4761181
2. we will guide you step by step on how to initiate a remote session (Windows or Mac)
3. our Remote Support software will be downloaded to your computer
4. you start the software and tell us the ID and password that appears on your screen
5. your remote session begins!

What to expect:

During your remote repair session you will be able to OBSERVE all repairs LIVE by watching your screen. Your mouse will move around the screen right before your eyes while you watch and learn. At any time you can take control or terminate the session if you wish.

When we are finished and the remote session is ended, your computer remains completely secure. There is no possibility of us or any other person using our software to gain access to your computer without your knowledge and permission.

How much does it cost?

We charge $37.50 including GST per half hour during normal working hours.
